Phase 2 builds the platform. Phase 3 fills it — creators who already speak to your students and your moms, put to work growing your subscribers, your editors, and eventually your sales. Fully managed by Vessels, end to end. This page is the whole machine, priced.

This is the service Vessels has invested years and tens of thousands of dollars building: licensed creator databases, outreach systems, agreements, creative direction, and tracking — the whole pipeline most brands hire a dedicated agency for. You get it as a managed service, connected to everything we've already built you.
The databases are creator databases, not school directories — we can't type in a campus and get its student body. What we can do is search the entire creator universe for exactly who speaks to your audience: college-life creators, students, moms, and educators in your niche — your ideal reader's whole world — then vet for fit and go get them. And your own ambassador funnel (already live) feeds the same pipeline with people who found you first.
Each month we point the pipeline at what the business needs most. These are the four plays:
Creators introducing The Collegist to audiences that already trust them — the brand arriving through a familiar voice instead of an ad.
The subscriber engine: creators driving free signups to the newsletter and waitlist — the number that matters most before and after launch.
The pipeline that staffs the platform itself: sourcing, vetting, and delivering the students who become your Campus Editors and contributor bench.
When there's something to sell — premium memberships, guides, the shop — creator campaigns built to convert, not just to reach.
Full transparency: the database licensing alone runs about $1,000 a month, and the senior time to run campaigns properly is roughly another $2,000. That's why this is a premium service everywhere — and why your launch-partner rate is essentially at cost.
This is what the Creator Network engagement looks like on the standard Vessels sheet.
Founding terms lock by signing below and stay locked. Creator stipends/gifting are pass-through at cost with your approval, like your $500/semester editor comp.
| The Creator Network — starts on your go | $2,499 / mo |
| Setup — waived at launch-partner terms | $0 |
| Revenue share | 0% |
| Phase 3, all-in | $2,499 / mo |
| With Phase 2 running (Foundation $497 + Content Engine $997) | $3,993 / mo total |
Month-to-month like everything we do — 30 days' notice, no lock-in, and Phases 1 & 2 are never affected.
The first campaign under this retainer: sourcing, vetting, and delivering 1–2 Founding Campus Editor candidates at each of your priority schools, plus a contributor bench — drawn from the creator databases, student niches, and your own ambassador funnel — so November 1 opens with editors already on campus.
What this adds. The Creator Network (Phase Three) is added to your plan at launch-partner terms: $2,499/month (standard $5,000/month; founding sheet $2,997/month), 0% revenue share (standard 10–15%), and setup waived (standard $2,997) — between The Collegist (Bri Crum) and Vessels · The Lees Media LLC. All four campaign programs are included as scoped above; creator stipends and gifting are pass-through at cost with your prior approval. Phases 1 & 2 agreements are unaffected.
Start & billing authorization. Signing locks these launch-partner terms permanently — billing does not begin at signature. It begins at your confirmed kickoff date, which you choose. From kickoff, you authorize Vessels · The Lees Media LLC to charge the payment method on file $2,499/month until cancelled. Month-to-month; cancel with 30 days' written notice; these terms survive pauses.
Scope. Campaign mix is set together each month. Work beyond the four programs above is scoped and approved separately in writing before any additional charge.
Your founding terms are locked and saved — and nothing bills until you say go. Here's what happens when you do:
